Wildlife: Through the Lens Competition

  1. Open to all Malaysian citizen 

  2. Each participant cost RM10 for each picture

  3. Contestant must submit 4 pictures minimum. Contestant can submit more picture but RM5 will be charge for each photo.

  4. Must fill out the form online for each participation on Google Form.

  5. Photo submission can be submitted to our official email. Image must be high quality, and in JPEG form at least 300dpi.

  6. Payment can be done before 3 December 2020 to UiTM's treasurer.

  7. Proof of payment or receipt must be sent to our official email phocourzemelaka@gmail.com for confirmation. We will notify you in 1 week for your confirmation.

  8. Theme scope:-

    • Human with wildlife

    • Portrait of wildlife 

    • Interesting place in Zoo Melaka

  9. Shooting started on 2 November 2020 until 4 December 2020. Submission should be done before 4 December 2020 on 12 noon.

  10. Can use any kind of tools or style to create your photo.

  11. Shooting can be done anywhere (don't have to be at Zoo Melaka) no matter anywhere and anytime between 2 November 2020 until 4 December 2020. But make sure to follow the theme!

  12. Judgement is followed by:

    • 50% is judged by professional photographer that we invited​

    • 50% is judged by our Academics from UiTM

  13. Winner will be announce and will be call by our organizer on 8 December 2020.

  14. You can receive your prize on 12 December 2020 at Zoo Melaka.

  15. Prize comes in cash and certificate will be given to winner.

    • First Place - RM1 000.00

    • Second Place - RM750.00

    • Third Place - RM300.00

    • First Consolation - RM200.00

    • Second Consolation - RM200.00​

​​Photorace

  1. Open to all Malaysian citizen

  2. On 12 December 2020 at Zoo Melaka.

  3. Entrance fee is RM30. Contestant will get goodies from us!

  4. Fill out the form on Google Form before 3 December 2020.

  5. Make sure before entry show us your receipt at us at our registration counter.

  6. Participants must go to all checkpoint that we set on the maps and follow our theme

  7. Theme scope:-

    • Human with wildlife

    • Portrait of wildlife 

    • Interesting place in Zoo Melaka​

  8. There will be 6 checkpoint on the maps around the Zoo
    • Participants will start at tramp station.
    • First checkpoint - at Ostrich and Emu birds area.
    • Second checkpoint - at reptiles, carnivores and mammals area.
    • Third checkpoint - at Tiger eyes.
    • Fourth checkpoint - at Elephants zone.
    • Fifth checkpoint - Walk in Aviary
    • Last checkpoint -  Giraffe zone
    • Ended at Macaw (KIV)
  9. Can use any kind of tools and style to create your photo.
  10. Image must be high quality, and in JPEG form at least 300dpi.
  11. Prize comes in cash:
    • First place - RM500.00
    • Second place - RM300.00
    • Third place - RM200.00

All participants' work must be:
- Original.
- Their own idea.
- According to the theme of the competition.
- Does not contain modification and editing elements.

​

The organizer has the right to refuse entry or withdraw a prize
given if it is found that the work is not original.
 

Entries are canceled immediately if the picture ever sent
win or participate in any other photography competition.
